Ms. Shikha Nanda – Promoter and Director

Shikha Nanda is the promoter and director of Dr. Fresh Assets Limited. She is running some other private label brand also in the area of fashion garments, jewellery and luxury goods etc.

Shikha graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Dehradun and is also holding degree of business management, marketing.

Mr. Vijay Prakash Pathak – Whole Time Director

Vijay Prakash Pathak is currently working with Dr. Fresh as the whole-time director. He has about 25 years of experience across various Legal & Accounts functions such as Taxation, Statutory Compliances, Reporting, and Audit facilitation. Vijay brings his immense experience of Taxation, Statutory Compliance and Accounting with extensive knowledge of accounting policies, taxation principles. Vijay has been independently handling taxation and statutory compliance for over 15 years. Vijay’s strength lies in his expertise with respect to legal implications of accounting function as well as adherence to statutory filings and reporting.Vijay has pursued B. Com from University of Allahabad and also pursued L.L.B from R.M.L. University, U.P.

Mr. Kamaljeet Rastogi – Independent Director

Kamaljeet Rastogi is the director of Dr. Fresh Assets Limited. He is a graduate from Delhi university. He is also engaged in family business KN om prakash Anand and Company Guwahati which is into distribution of consumer goods in the north East states of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur for companies like samsonite, Hawkins, etc.

Mr Sanjiv Kohli- Independent Director

Mr Sanjiv Kohli is the Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from Delhi University.  He practiced as a Chartered Accountant for over 10 years. Later on, he joined his business of manufacturing of tyre and accessories for the tyre industry named as Indus Industry in Sonipat, Haryana. Today, this company has become vendors to all major tyre manufacturers in India and overseas. Mr Kohli has a wide knowledge in the field of finance, taxation, business strategy, manufacturing, management and business strategy.

Ms Swapnil Jain- Chief Financial Officer 

Ms Swapnil Jain is the Chief Financial officer of the Company.  She is a Charatered Accountant having two years of experience. She has a wide knowledge in the field of accounts, finance and taxation.

Mr Surendra Gupta- Company Secretary

Mr Surendra Gupta is Company Secretary of the Company. He is the member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India having enormous knowledge of Corporate Law and business strategies.
