Dr. Fresh Assets Limited (DFAL) is a company listed on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited. At present DFAL is engaged in the business of real estates, Investments and trading of ayurvedic products. Earlier the company was engaged in the manufacturing and export of toothbrushes and some other oral care products. The Company has two units located at New Delhi and a 100% ‘Export oriented unit’ located at Noida Export Processing Zone (NEPZ), Phase-II, Noida. The Company has also diversified in real estate sector, healthcare sector, garments and luxury dine items through its subsidiaries and SPV’s. The company owns many brands through its subsidiaries and SPV’s like ‘EGA’, ‘SITARAA’, ‘TABLEMANNER’

Currently the company has four 4 Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely-

(i)  Dr Fresh Commercial Land Development Pvt Ltd

(ii) S5 Property Pvt Ltd

(iii) Reverse Age Health Services Pvt Ltd

(iv) SEL International Pte Ltd

Currently the company is holding 90% stake in GSC Lifestyle Brands LLP which is engaged in the business of garments with brand name as ‘SITARAA’ and luxury dine items with brand name as ‘TABLEMANNER’.

DFAL was initially incorporated on 6^thDecember 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Company under the name and style as Sunehari Exports Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 55-42302, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Further the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation letter dated 28^thMay, 1992, issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed from Sunehari Exports Limited to Dr. Fresh Assets Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 17^th May, 2012. The name of the Company was changed from Sunehari Exports Private Limited to Sunehari Exports Limited after conversion into Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation letter dated 28^thMay, 1992, issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Further the name of the Company was changed from Sunehari Exports Limited to Dr. Fresh Assets Limited. vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 17^th May, 2012.

Experience in industry and turnaround of distressed companies

The company as mentioned at sl no.(i) and (ii) are engaged in real estate business, company mentioned at sl. no. (iii) is engaged in providing health services and company mentioned at sl. no. (iv) is a Singapore based company which provides advisory services. Earlier DFAL has completed a luxury apartment project at N-108, Panchsheel park, New Delhi. DFAL was also the partner in the project named as Gurgaon Spectrum Centre, Sector-82A, Gurgaon in joint venture with Burmans group and in the project of 65 acres IT-SEZ at Sohna Road, Gurgaon, in joint venture with Ascendas group.

Overall the company is into the business for more than 30 years.
